If you like sauerkraut just shove that roast in the crock pot with a whole mess of the stuff. Serve with mashed potatoes. Yum!

We had grilled NY cut steaks med. rare. Baked potatoes, steamed asparagus, green salad and a fist for me, my own version of mushroom gratin. It was all delish! There is orange "poke" cake for dessert!

Because of various life pressures we just have not been cooking much of late. Kathleen decided we should have a nice meal at home so I pulled some chicken thighs out of the freezer for her and she cooked them.
