I made salads and then we had leftovers. A burger (with cheese, mustard/mayo, and lettuce) for me, and chili for Himself. There's a burger left...I bet Himself has it before he hits the bed tonight. ;)

What did you have tonight?

We were both kind of klutzy, so we went simple. We had store bought tortellini with a sauce made from garlic and pepper flakes sautéed in butter and olive oil. I added cream and splash of wine. It was really quite tasty and filling. Part of what made that easy was that I had made up a batch of minced/pureed garlic a couple of days ago and just used some of that.

This afternoon's dinner was a steamed artichoke with garlicky lemon butter for dipping, and a small fresh fruit salad.

I used my grill pan to do a couple swordfish steaks adorned with TJ's compound garlic herb butter, and served them with my pineapple salsa. Steamed artichokes with mayo/lemon/dill/garlic dipping sauce completed the meal. Good eats.

I bounced back and forth for half the day; Shrimps or Burger.........
Said to self, "Why not both ??"
