What is loco moco?

It's a Hawaiian dish served for breakfast, lunch or dinner :chef:
A hamburger on rice with sunny side up eggs on top and beef gravy.
I have no idea why it's Hawaiian other than it's popular there, but I'm not arguing ;)

Wow. That is different. Are you sure it doesn't go in the weird food thread? ;)

DH wanted to go to the local Home and Garden show this afternoon/evening, where they were featuring home brewing and (maybe wine making) with a tasting. Then we probably would have gone for pub food afterward. However auto repairs and lawn mowing have taken longer than he thought, so we may not make it to the H&G show. (I'm nursing a headache anyway) Don't know what we might scrounge up around here for dinner...... =\

Fantastic seafood restaurant. We had lion fish ceviche as an appetizer, followed by coconut crusted lion fish as the main. It was outstanding, and the portions were huge!
