Sounds a lot like our spaghetti and meatballs, miniman.

Rolled in a seasoned cornmeal/cornfour...deep fried in hot P-Nut oil for about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes...

And Miss Barb...I don't know who's the luckiest...You and your gravy over biscuits...or me and my pecan pie......

mmmm, I haven't had fried oysters in a really long time. They are one of the things I always ordered out because I never fixed them at home.
Sounds good!

Happy Birthday Suzi,

Today is also the birthday of our company. I asked what she wanted for her birthday dinner and she said "blue-box mac and cheese and hot dogs"

Told that that was no an aceptable b-day dinner so I was picking.

We had home-made pizza, with fresh mozzarella and fresh oregano from the garden, and home-made "sticky honey-sesame wings". Raspberry cream cake from the local bakery for dessert.
