Since we had a huge Mothers Day lunch, we are just going to have something very simple for dinner as we are not even hungry, maybe just a pizza, either frozen or from Pizza Hut

We are having Sunday gravy, beef rollatinis and pasta. I'll be getting the gravy started soon.

Cooking some shrimp I found in the freezer.

I am also cooking some taco meat.

Today will be an odd combination of a shrimp cocktail and a taco salad!

A certain someone's favorite meal is stuffed flank steak with baked potato topped with sour cream and bacon pieces. I'll add a Caesar salad to make my sweetie's Mother's Day meal.

Thawed 8 ounces of poolish and made enough dough (17ounces) to make two 14" pizzas.

Yesterday I bought the fixings to make another soup...beef vegetable this time



hmmm, I certainly could eat shrimp coctail with a taco salad with no problem

I'm thinking grilled ham and Swiss sandwiches tonight. Got some cottage cheese that needs to be eaten soon and lots of snacks left over from our trip. We also have lettuce for garden salads.
