I made lasagna for DH's birthday last month; I had put it into two 8x8-inch pans - one to serve for his birthday and one to freeze. So last night, we had the second lasagna, along with green salad and garlic bread. So good.

Yeah, it does!

Tonight we ate at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville in Orlando. I had grilled Mahi Mahi with mango-pineapple salsa, rice, and green beans. Delicious! I think I need to eat more Mahi Mahi.
