Homemade grilled pizzas - pepperoni, margherita, and a new kind I read about in some on-line fiction, smoked mozzarella topped with spinach sauteed with lots of thinly sliced garlic, red pepper flakes and S and P, drizzled with garlic oil. I added some dry-fried criminis for my own touch since we had some leftover. Definitely a make again for the new one, it was a great combo.
