It was about 45 min, I think, at 375. It seems nowadays I bake most all my vegies, unless they are frozen. For awhile I didn't, because my oven was on the fritz (it's still off a bit, but I have it figured out). I just think vegies taste better baked in a covered pan or dish.
I even love to throw fresh broccoli in with some peeled, sliced potato and do it the same way. YUM!
