Just broccoli cheddar soup for us tonight....that breakfast/brunch/lunch casserole really stuck with us.

plans changed. dw brought home premio brand cheese and garlic chicken sausage, si i used them in a sausage and peppers. they were served on shorty hero rolls with a side of sauce. salads/veggies with ranch dressing beforehand.

I would love to have some broccoli cheddar soup today. Looks like it's back on snow removal detail and the soup would work well.

I made a pot of meatballs (cooked meatballs in convection oven till brown then simmered in the gravy) and gravy (tomato sauce), cheese raviolis and garlic bread (have some left over garlic butter for tonight). Bruschetta to start while the ravioli where boiling.
