Thank you. And my arthritis and carpal tunnel have been acting up bad for awhile now also. So I completely understand. That plate looks perfect!

Dinner tonight was Prime sirloin steak (baked at 275°F to 110° internal temp then broiled to brown), steamed fresh corn on the cob and steamed fresh baby spinach
I have my mac salad made and veggie kabobs prepped for tomorrow.
I have a couple racks of beef baby back ribs sitting in the fridge in a dry rub, which we will grill later. We'll put a smoker pack in there, too, and hopefully get some smoke flavor on them. I'm thinking about getting some shrimp for surf & turf; I picked up a yellow squash, zucchini and bunch of asparagus at the farmer's market yesterday, so we'll grill those for sides and drizzle with Meyer lemon juice.

Looks lovely MM
Fresh corn? Our corn is barely out of the ground here. I've had to rely on stuff from Mexico, which has been a lot better than past years.
Lucky dog you.
Thank you everyone. The flavor of the prime sirloin is so good. The corn was wonderful from Shop-Rite. I was hoping it would be bi-color like I got from Stop N Shop last week but it was just yellow this time. The spinach is from Trader Joe and always great.wow, just wow!!!
