Made up a mushroom cream sauce to to with the veal

looks sooo goood, roch! is this how it's going to be from now on--VEAL chops and other prime cuts of meat coming home from the job? i am so ready for a veal-meal againl--it has been too many months since i last had a veal chop on my plate....

I sure hope so. 30% off for employees, it's hard to resist. I find veal chops very rich. Maybe two or three times a year for me.

I made an Asian chicken pasta salad that I haven't made in a long time. I realized my tastes have changed somewhat, so I'll need to add more veggies and some heat next time.
