Dinner Sunday 9th December

Tonight we are having a chicken madras curry with basmati rice and yoghurt and mint naan bread

I'm making fish tacos tonight. I have haddock that I'll batter and fry and serve in corn tortillas with lime, cole slaw and avocado.

I think I'm going to charcoal grill a couple of steaks I have in the freezer. String beans sautéed with bacon and mushrooms as a side.

1" thick pork steak, marinated in Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce with added apple juice and grated ginger.

We had a pot roast with gravy left over from last night. I'll shred up the meat and add sour cream to the gravy serve it over egg noodles and call it stroganoff. Salad on the side. Carrot cake from Wholefoods for desert.

Cooking dinner now... Braised whole rabbit seasoned with tarragon and dill.

I braised some short ribs (and a small chuck roast last night since there weren't enough ribs at the store) last night ~ so today we're having short rib ragu over polenta.

I'm printing that out for a future meal. Sounds great.

Still working on it. But I think this is the final version. It was really good can not see how I can improve it.
