made a pot roast .. made a sammy for lunch with it for tommorrow .. and ordered a pizza .. not in the mood for what i cooked ..
 
Made clam chowder for the first time! It turned out great which made me very excited!! Whole family enjoyed it and we have enough left :)for a few more meals!! :)
 
We had Moroccan Pork with fennel, onion, garlic, dates, and assorted spices (ginger, cumin, cayenne, coriander). Slow-cooked it in my new tagine!
 
Took some left over prime rib and made a brown gravy, had the gravy over the meat and some mashed taters, steamed mix of broccoli,cauliflour,carrots, with a butter sauce green salad and rolls, baked custard for dessert.
