We're having chicken scampi, Italian green beans, buttered linguini with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

I am exhausted to the point of delirious. DH is taking his nap to get ready for work.
I'm skipping dinner and the kids are having whatever they bring me the box of from the cabinet. Good chance it'll be cookies or wheat thins.

I cooked a 4-lb. pork butt in the Crockpot yesterday and pulled it last night, then added a bottle of Pierce's Pit Bar-B-Que Sauce and let it marinate overnight. A couple BBQ sandwiches with cole slaw and some leftover spinach/artichoke dip and I'm a happy camper

That sounds really good GG!
I've got to back through the threads and pull up a pork butt recipe and a slaw recipe from that one thread I started (I think).
