Lemon grilled chicken here tonight.

Whole chickens were on sale so I cut it into serving portions, my way.
My marinade is:

equal parts fresh lemon juice and olive oil
zest from the lemons
chopped garlic
fresh chopped rosemary
big pinch of pepper flakes
salt and pepper

sides to be determined.

What's cooking at your abode?

I'm a day ahead of you guys here, it's Friday and pub night, I'll pick up a burger and chips on the way home.

I'm grilling a bone-in pork loin chop, marinaded in Stubbs Pork Marinade. I'll probably serve over rice or mashed potatoes. That will be a last minute decision.

Just kidding - that wasn't supper. However, we each did have a small Bourbon-based "Dark and Stormy" in our souvenir glasses from a distillery tour this past August.

Dinner was a freezer-dive meal of hot dogs simmered in beer and mac-and-cheese. Roma tomato on the plate to add some color.

It's my 35th anniversary but it's just another day (that I had to cook).

GOOD looking dinners all, and Happy Anniversary MsM. :)

Simple dinner here this evening - an asparagus, ham, and chive omelet, with roasted potato wedges for a side.

Happy anniversary, msmofet! Our 34th is in a couple of weeks. I will definitely not be cooking, though.

Tonight for dinner I made nachos with the leftover taco meat from a couple of days ago. Yes, it really is buried under there [emoji38] Good stuff. 0614182054a.jpg

Muffaletta. I found a bread recipe that is very similar to what Central Grocery uses.

Friend and I went shopping Thurs afternoon. Stopped to pick up some supper and found LOBSTERS ON SPECIAL! Have been out of town or busy the last two sales so was really excited. First menu went out the window and revised to -

Lobster dipped in garlic butter with fresh ciabatta (for the extra butter. ;))
Then a mixed mushroom medley with garlic, zoodles and a drizzle of cream.

I was still waddling when I went to bed - I don't know how she found room for that frozen key lime cheese cake, I saved mine for Fri's snack.

(and I lost the pictures! awk!)
