Dinner Thurs. May 31

Chickenish tonight. The last of the freezer entrees. We're having chicken enchiladas I made in February. It'll give Buck an excuse for using hot sauce. I think he'd put it on his Rice Krispies if given the chance.

Tomorrow I start my crockpot "experiment." I'll explain tomorrow.

Simple grilled chicken sandwiches with bacon and ranch dressing. It was too hot to eat much of anything more. I'll be treating myself to a big bowl of icecream as soon as I get off the computer!

Last night I made a Zatarain's mix - "Smothered Chicken" - which was both fast & good. Served it with a big fresh romaine lettuce salad with parmesan cheese & lots of croutons.
