ended up being mustard greens...they looked really fresh and pretty. they cook up like kale or collards...quick blanche, then cut and sautee with garlic in evoo or cook with ham or bacon, add a dash of fine vinegar and haot sauce ... really good
 
Hmm, credit so look as it is a once in a while treat, instead of a belt busting new fad!

I've just had a look back at the thread. I think the previous time I did chips was three weeks ago. So could be worse. Only trouble is, my belt is already bust!:LOL:
