bone in chicken breast on the grill .. simple rub then bbq sauce ..
wanted twice baked potatoes but i only have red potatoes .. so
some kind of red potato .. maybe a salad ..

You know, you might have given me an idea!!! I have left over roast that I thought about making into tacos. Preparing the meat just like you would ground beef, but instead use shredded roast..... hmmmmmm. I do love me some tacos!!!!
