Making some changes to the Lemon Meatball and Escarole Soup (below), using turkey meatballs, spinach (in place of escarole), and orzo (in place of cannellini beans). Garlic bread on the side.

You might like this recipe, too, or adapt parts of it.
Greek Meatballs in Asparagus Lemon Sauce
Come to think of it, I should make this while I have a bunch of those fresh herbs on hand.

I made German Sausages with potato bake and steamed Patty Pan Squash. Sauerkraut and german mustard on the side.
