We at having homemade Mac and cheese with cubed Black Forest ham. I prepped it last night so all we had to do was pop it in the oven when we got home from work. DH will make a salad and we are all set. :)

It's such good soup that I am not tempted to learn to make French Canadian pea soup.

We had homemade Chinese food. Found a recipe for sesame chicken a couple of weeks ago and it was a HUGE success. DH ask for it just about every week.

I finished off the last of the pork roast and gravy. I wasn't really hungry anyway, as I had a lot to eat for lunch at my sister's house for our belated Christmas... and had been munching on the peanut brittle she gave me all day...

I wasn't feeling well last evening, so I put a couple of Marie Callender's chicken pot pies in the toaster oven. They're quite good, if you don't think about the calories I also made a batch of yeast dinner rolls and pretended they were dessert I make them at least once a week now, since I learned how easy it is to make the dough in the bread machine, then shape, let rise again, and bake them off.
