Smoking a chicken breast to supplement leftover Chinese we had for lunch.
 
I've just decided I'm going with hot for my flavor. Nothin' but wings & veggies. Nothing fancy. Old school. Lots of cold Budweiser :chef:
 
OMG. Thanks to Kayelle and Katie, who turned me on to the Camerons stove top smoker. Did a couple chicken breasts with s&p, a few hot pepper flakes, evoo, and a T. of hickory shavings. I am still experimenting, cooked on one burner of my GE ceramic top, and it worked fine! Took a bit longer, but man, it was worth it!

I wasn't in the mood to cook and dh was gone anyway so I just cooked up a pot of good old fashioned oatmeal. I added honey, brown sugar, cinnamon and cardamom. Always a hit! Maybe not so suitable for the hot weather but it's 75 with a slight breeze here inside :) We had fresh fruit on the side.
