Update On Tonight's Dinner

Non-Spanish food on our table tonight.

I'm going to make Chicken Curry Stew, using TJ's
Curry Simmer Sauce.
Not like Chicken Curry Stew in Hawaii,
but I think it'll be good.

YEEHAW!
That TJ's Curry Simmer Sauce has got some zip-a-dee-doo-dah to it!
It's a good kinda heat though, DH said it was too much, and yet, he kept on eating, HA! (shhh don't tell him that he just ate Indian-style food, shhhh!)
With the veggies add to the small amount of diced b/s Chicken Thigh meat, this made enough for 3 servings.
I'd be willing to wager that if you add maybe a 1/4 cup of coconut milk to this stew, it would make it that much better.
But, I gotta say, I still like the Hawaiian-style Curry Stew the most

That would be Aloha Steak and Seafood with a spectacular view of the beach I grew up on with the pier and surfers point. Spectacular food as well!

K, not sure when are next trip to Cali will be, what with all of the turmoil going on, but we shall make a point of stopping in sometime in the future
