That TJ's Curry Simmer Sauce has got some zip-a-dee-doo-dah to it!
It's a good kinda heat though, DH said it was too much, and yet, he kept on eating, HA! (shhh don't tell him that he just ate Indian-style food, shhhh!)
With the veggies add to the small amount of diced b/s Chicken Thigh meat, this made enough for 3 servings.
I'd be willing to wager that if you add maybe a 1/4 cup of coconut milk to this stew, it would make it that much better.
But, I gotta say, I still like the Hawaiian-style Curry Stew the most
