DH grilled cheese dogs and made a salad , he noticed I hadn't taken anything out of the freezer when he got home from work. ( ha! Little did he know I had been thinking hot dogs.) Just don't feel like cooking lately :(

Five minutes into shopping the first grocery store I had a rotisserie chicken in my cart. My toe was complaining and I figured that would be dinner along with frozen corn (cooked, of course ) and some crusty Tuscan bread. When I got back into the car I really wanted to go home but I really really wanted fried cod. Headed to the second store because 1) cod was on sale and 2) they fry your seafood right there. We had the cod with corn and bread tonight. Chicken is there for whenever. Hungry pseudo-son will be here tomorrow and I know the fridge will be empty by the time he's gone.

We went for Korean BBQ.

But before that I made Shrimp Tostadas with peach and strawberry salsa.
