After a long day of shopping in the big city of Cancun. We returned to the Island to have dinner out with a friend who just arrived from Florida. I had grilled shrimp kebobs with lots of grilled veggies, my husband had achiote grilled shrimp. It was all especially good because there were no dishes to clean!

I made Italian sausage Bomber sandwiches in the crockpot and served them on french rolls with melted provolone cheese. That was first time I ever made them and OMG were they yummy!!!!!
