Dinner - Thursday Jan 26

I'm having orange chicken over rice. Just a microwave meal, but it's not bad.

I finally made the fettuccine alfredo tonight. I added streamed broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots on top and made a salad as well.

Quoth the chicken, "Fry some more."

the tuna salad i didn't make last night. the stuffed portabella i had last night was yucky. i think the mushroom was to old. won't be eating the second one. fruit for dessert. i have some wonderful blackberries. there seems to be two spelling of this mushroom.

Foggy, cold and raining...ALL day, so I pulled out a container of homemade turkey noodle soup and heated that up. We had toasted French Herb Bread topped with jalapeno jelly as our bread. Iced tea to drink. We made piggies out of ourselves with the bread, so no need for dessert.

Fettucinni Alfredo here too added a bit of browned pancetta and topped it with the leftover breadcrumb stuffing from the potatoes last night.
Toasted bread with EVOO garlic and onion powders.

Just because someone tells you that you can't do something doesn't mean you have to listen.
