Dinner Thursday, June 29th?

Hubby made a mushroom soup from some morels I froze last month and a couple other types I picked up this week at the grocery store. I had some la Brea rolls in the freezer and we sinned with real butter and real cream. It was to die for.

I'm making oatmeal choc chip cookies...
I guess that's what we're having for dinner
maybe a chicken taco is on the menu

dh ended up staying home tonight, so I didn't end up making cookies.
We had chicken breast that I browned, then finished in the oven. I put some green chile on it and slices of cheddar to melt. Rice & sauteed mushrooms. It was good. Not bad for a shove by.

We had Meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravey and fresh buttered carrots, baby dill pickles and garden fresh radishes.

I had a tomato crumble on Thursday. Great!
