Fresh Cod with mashed potatoes and sauteed cabbage.

As I am typing this I read one of the above posts with smashed potatoes and will now probably make those.

We had Carpathian cabbage and corn-on-the-cob. Iced tea to drink and, for dessert, in honor of their 100th birthday we had double stuff Oreos with birthday candles perched on the top cookie.
