Dinner tonight, it's Sunday 2/10

Beef stew pie, which is a beef stew-like mixture in a casserole topped with a pastry crust and baked. It's filled with lots of yummy gravy/sauce and veggies, so it's a whole meal in a dish. For dessert we will have Vera's Mardi Gras king cake, which I baked this morning. Late, I know, but I am ready to eat the door off the cabinet I "hid" it in because it looks and smells so good. Can't wait.

Crab cakes with a lemon beurre blanc and a side of Chardonnay.

We had leftover baked snapper (I did add more jalapeno peppers) & a salad with bibb lettuce, corn, roasted red pepper, cilantro, onion, tomato, red pepper & roasted garlic vinaigrette. Turtle brownies for dessert.

Wife is sick again, I just got over being sick, and the new fridge wont be here until Tuesday. I am getting impatient!
