I ended up just roasting some bone-in chicken breast drzzled w/ EVOO and sprinkled Montreal Chicken seasoning, then made a salad with with iceberg from the store and mesclun and spinach from the garden, a few tomatos and colored peppers.

Lasagna, tossed green salad, and sourdough bread. I did not have to cook any of it. It was all provided by wildland fire incident I am currently working on.
