Pacanis' darn soup thread got me all ready to make soup, now I can't decide.

Either way, its cold, windy, I need soup!

I have some left over roast beef, I'll probably make a casserole out of it, if not, open hot roast beef sandwiches or even beef soup with veggies.

leftover rib eye steak from last night's plan, i.e. a stir fry. will use green, yellow, and red bell peppers. also chinese noodles. all mixed with a plum sauce. ended up with egg, bacon and english muffin last night.
