I have some organic ground beef DH bought yesterday and am trying to decide what to do with it. I was thinking shepherd's pie (brought on by another thread) but that will mask the quality of this meat so I am now thinking Salisbury Steak with mushrooms, onions and gravy. Not sure what to go with it but I have lots of salad to use up so there is a start.

Let us know how the soup turns out.

I have some round steak that I need to use up.
I think I'll do some version of Swiss steak...BUT,
we have a play to go to tonight so, I'll cook it and stick it
in the fridge for tomorrow.

I had some last night, but it was late and I was hungry. Still, it tasted good. The real taste test will be today. I'm going to be having some in about twenty minutes., too.
