I just got back half an hour ago from a massive bike ride. Roar on the Shore it was called Roar On The Shore Bike Rally, Erie PA 2008 It was going around that there were over 8000 motorcycles involved in it, but I'm a little bummed because "Captain America" called off or something.
I am starving and just threw some thawed out wings on the grill.
And Oh yeah, the beer I am having right now is cold!

we lost power for a while this afternoon, so i brought home take-out chinese.

we had boneless honey spareribs to start.
then shrimp and broccoli - steamed, with garlic sauce on the side. (which means that i'll be making a stir fry soon, in guess what? tadaaa, garlic sauce. and it'll taste as good as a restaurant's. it's not about the wok, but the sauce).
also, we had spicey veggie chow ho fun, and extra spicey chicken chow ho fun.
and brown and white rice.
