Hi everyone, just stopping in for a bit, trying to get some advice for my new stove-top smoker. I am not sure how much or little I will be posting as my life is back on the roller coaster, but I wanted to say hi and this is one of my favourite threads.

I made Italian sausages with rice and steamed spinach today. They weren't my sausages (I'm hoping to make some soon) but they were acceptable

S&P, Bucky and Steve, love the pizza, chicken and steak!
