I cooked a cajan soup for my hubby and for myself I just had a toasted english muffin with a little butter.

I've been working everyday since the 7th and got a break yesterday. We had a Duchess Quiche (recipe c/o The Mouse) and homefries.

Emeralds are real Gems! C. caninus & C. Batesii.
