I picked up a boneless pork loin the other week. I'm planning to slice it into thick chops and grill them Not sure what the sides will be, but I have all day to think about that.
 
I made smoked pork German sausages on rye rolls with hot mustard and sauerkraut and a side salad of cucumber, tomato, radishes and crisp mixed baby greens with creamy mustard and balsamic dressing.

Are you going to brine them Dave? I did some a while back on the grill, and I left one unbrined for a test. Wow what an extraordinary difference!!

I'm getting rid of leftovers tonight before my trip to Sam's club tomorrow. I'll either take the leftover spaghetti and make it into a casserole or the leftover rice and make it into a casserole.
