Problematic spaghetti and sauce. The problem? My mouth was all, "Yeah, I could have some more of that," while my tummy was all, "No you can't and if you try I'll hurt you."

I have had that kind of thing happen. It's best when tummy tells you ahead of time and you listen to tummy.
