Grilled boneless pork chops that had been brined a bit. Great brine if you don't want to kiss someone for a couple days! (A little heavy on the sliced garlic) Sprinkled some of the Penzyes Berbere seasoning on two, TJs South African Smoke seasoning on two, and slathered Ah-So BBQ sauce on two that will be set aside for Pork Fried Rice tomorrow or Thursday. Busy day so the sides were peas from the freezer and a bag of noodley things.
