Romaine hearts chopped, topped with albacore tuna, grape tomatoes, green onions, cheddar cheese & Dorothy lynch dressing with a few club crackers on the side. Fresh watermelon & a fresh orange.
 
Grilled pork tenderloin with balsamic glace, broc, and a baked spud.

Grilled boneless pork chops that had been brined a bit. Great brine if you don't want to kiss someone for a couple days! :ermm: (A little heavy on the sliced garlic) Sprinkled some of the Penzyes Berbere seasoning on two, TJs South African Smoke seasoning on two, and slathered Ah-So BBQ sauce on two that will be set aside for Pork Fried Rice tomorrow or Thursday. Busy day so the sides were peas from the freezer and a bag of noodley things.
 
Nice big "loaded" salad," with French bread. It was pretty warm here today so a nice cool salad was in order. Rhubarb/berry crisp and vanilla ice cream fir dessert ;)
