Mardi Gras celebration at our house today! Chicken/sausage gumbo and King Cake. Oh...and hurricanes. Pickled okra, green beans and baby corn on the side.

In celebration of "Fat Tuesday", I dredged some extra-large oysters in seasoned flour, fried them up, & tucked them into some toasted Italian bread along with mayo, hot sauce, shredded lettuce, & sliced cornichon pickles for "Po' Boy" sandwiches.
