After being sick with a sinus infection the last couple of days I finally feel like eating again. Tonight's dinner was a grilled steak, grilled asparagus, and couscous. It tasted so good after eating soup and crackers for two days.

Must be the season for sinus infections. I have one too!!
I put about 1 lb chuck roast in my 1 1/2 quart crock pot with mushroom and onion soup mix/corn starch and added a small can of mushrooms. I had a sandwich on a hamburger roll, left over potato salad and canned peaches. Believe it or not it was kinda bland (or was it me?), I think for Wed. night I will add some garlic and sour cream to what is leftover and toss with some egg noodles and call it Strogonoff.
