Dinner Tuesday, May 20th?

Dinner? What's dinner?

Buck and I were up at 4 a.m. to serve at our state's primary election. Just got home about 30 minutes ago. I think a nice big pillow sandwich might be in order.

However, before we left this morning, I took out some ground beef and will "do" something with it to fill the hole before we both fall face down.

change of plans. I have a hamburger stroganoff simmering on the stove.
I had a burst of energy when I got home and hunger pains to go with.

From Pad Thai to tacos..... Oh well. I spent more time than I thought I was out in my flower bed and needed something fast.
Sometimes I think I shouldn't bother posting here til dinner's in the oven, but what fun would that be?

I went over to my parents after work to drop off my dog at their house. My mom asked me to stay for dinner. They were having pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage. Yum!!
