Dinner 11-28-06

No one asked about dinner tonight. I am not sure why not. I am going to have leftover Tri-Tip Roast with a large salad and some vegetables.

I have a crockpot full of homemade vegetable beef soup cooking as I type......the smell drifting through the house is amazing....i can't wait to eat it. We'll have some chunky hunks of fresh bread and butter along side.

That sounds yummy, sizz! We're having pecan crusted salmon, wild rice and baked butternut squash. I always tell myself that THIS time I'll be excited about salmon but I never quite am.

Dinner Tuesday November 28th

Not sure what we are having. Either salmon baked in the oven with some lovely dill sauce, or maybe leftovers. At the moment I lean to leftovers.
