Hey GotGarlic, which one you going to? I see you live SE VA (me too) and my son chefs at one in Newport News. We like to check out the competition and he likes to find new techniques watching other chefs. Here we're having homemade lasagne (the thread earlier about noodles sticking got me hungry for it!) Don't know what else we'll have with it yet.

Hi, Jabbur. We're going to Katana on 21st Street in Ghent, near Total Wine. We haven't been there for a while, so I hope the chefs are as good as I remember.

I have everything I need for burritos except the tortillas, so I guess I will be having "Burrito Guts" tonight! Just the insides!

Our son and his wife are here visiting from Florida. and we're making his favorite dish that I make, Texas More, which is a slumgullion type thing with extra goodies and lots of Velveeta melted on top.

Connie, I don't know where your son lives in Florida, but it hit 88 here today - tied a record made in 1981. We are due for a cool down by Tuesday.
