We had chicken tenders and salad for dinner. Dh and I have been very busy today after he played golf and I did my water class. He is still redoing the pantry and I was cleaning bedroom closets so we are both beat.

Had about a pound left of that organic Dakota beef I bought so I made more pasta. This one was a lighter style Bolognese-type sauce with fresh spinach for color and to make it a little healthier.

Looks good Ironchef. I like the idea of adding spinach. Think I'll be making this on the weekend.

I mixed up a batch of turkey meatballs last night, baked them, then served them with some turkey gravy over buttered egg noodles with a side of plain buttered broccoli.
