Dinner Wed, June 18th?

I think I will marinate and grill some pork chops, make some herbed potato packets.... and a salad.
I really wish my veggie garden could be fast forwarded by 2 months or so, it's hard to buy them when you know you sort of have some at home!!

Wednesday is family night here. Kids, granddaughter, dad so I am cooking for my small army. Meatball subs, salad, f.f and cake. Smoked oysters and spinach dip to start.

Having an early dinner now. Curry flavour noodles. Got a strawberry jam filled cupcake waiting for me when im finished . and coconut and pineapple drink. its slowly became a favourite

looks like lentil soup and corn bread. I looked at several soup recipes and one called for shredded cabbage or kale...i'm gonna use collards. So once again I will put off my first mess of collards
