Taking my own advice from the tilapia thread I marinated and poached in the same broth, which consisted of:
bit of lime juice
When I poached it I cut black grapes in half and added them to the liquid.
Had I had spring onions, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, or at least some chives, even some cilantro, I may have added those things too. I just used what I had on hand.
It's VERY good! And since I haven't eaten today and I'm going to a wine tasting, it's probably a good thing I ate something! I would have liked to have added a side of soba noodles but
I didn't have them.
