I turned that rump roast from "the cow" into bankekød, Danish Pounded Beef with Juniper Berries. We had it with mashed potatoes, Cranberry Fire, and SYLT LINGON Lingonberry jam - IKEA. I wasn't up for cooking any veg or making a salad. It makes a lot of gravy, about 1 litre. We have about 3/4 litre (~3 cups) of gravy left.

Nice, homey food on a cold winter day.

man, some great dinners tonight.

i went to the tenafly diner in joisey tonight for a "blackjack burger'. 8 ozs. of daily ground angus chuck, topped with cheddar jack, griddled ham, raw red onions, tomato, and lettuce with a side of fries.

I eat the white raw too but I buy a pack to eat even when using brown mushrooms
You've made me want mushrooms now! My favourite are oyster mushrooms fried in garlic butter on toasted baguettes
