Oh I just love tamales! Sounds wonderful.

We had tacos. Needed something easy since I got home at 6:00.
"Crock-pot Ham and Scalloped Potatoes"

Cubed ham
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin- divided
1 onion sliced thin- divided
2 cup shredded cheddar cheese- divided
1 can Cream Of Mushroom soup- you can use low sodium
1 can Cream Of Celery soup- you can use low sodium
Toss the sliced potatoes in 1 cup water mixed with 1/2 teaspoon of Cream of Tarter. Drain. Spray crock pot with Pam. Put half of ham cubes, potatoes, onions and cheese in crock pot. Repeat layers. Mix soups together and pour
over top. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Don't let yesterday take up too much of today. Will
