Loved Publix! Whenever we would visit my SIL and her gang I would head to the Publix down the road from her development and load up on all sorts of things I couldn't find by us. Then she moved near us. So much for my Lindsey's ripe green olives...
We vacationed in Ft. Myers Beach last fall and I picked a prepared entree from the Publix down there. Needed a quick, non-seafood meal and found a beef roulade with spinach and a white cheese (provolone?) filling that was very good.
Even Himself liked it and he's not big on cooked spinach...but he's learning.
